Sure, Carrie got to continue her rampage around the entire town in the novel, but it wasn't as effective. Piper Laurie has such a wonderful personality–filled with life. Although Catherine was a bitch at times, I always loved her, which, I’m sure, is due to Laurie’s talents as well as the writing.
